Horrible! (at this time) My internet drops out 30-100 times per day! I have had at least 4 technicians visits in the past few months to no avail, im sure they are trying but the problem persists. I live out int the country so when my internet is down my whole house is dead! I need an answer and a resolve to this problem. PLEASE help! I would stay with Ziply if possible but right now not looking good!
And another thing, Please compensate me for the incredible downtime and frustration. PLEASE HELP... SOFTWARE ISSUES??? Call me if you can, I would love to speak with someone, but that may be tough as when my internet is down I have 0 phone service. SOS
